Managing Hypertension Successfully

Hypertension, or high blood pressure, is a chronic medical condition that can be managed with lifestyle changes and medication. Here are some steps you can take to live with hypertension: 
 
Follow a healthy diet: A healthy diet can help control your blood pressure. Limit your intake of sodium, saturated fats, and added sugars, and focus on eating whole grains, fruits, vegetables, lean protein, and low-fat dairy products. 
 
Exercise regularly: Regular physical activity can help lower your blood pressure. Aim for at least 30 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise most days of the week, such as brisk walking, cycling, or swimming.
