Peter Obi Wishes Kumuyi a Happy 82nd Birthday

Former governor of Anambra State and the presidential flag bearer of the Labour Party, Mr. Peter Gregory Obi, has sent a felicitation to Pastor W. F. Kumuyi, the General Overseer of the Deeper Life Bible Church on the occasion of his birthday.

Pastor Kumuyi is a pastor, author, and televangelist. He is the founder and General Superintendent of the Deeper Christian Life Ministry, one of the biggest churches in Nigeria with over one million members. He is also known for his holiness preaching and his many Christian books and devotionals. He was born on June 6, 1941, in Erin-Ijesa, Osun State.

Peter Obi, in his message, thanked God for the positive transformation he had brought to the church and society in Nigeria through the man of God, and prayed that , God would bless him greatly.

Pastor Kumuyi clocked 82 years of age and is still robust and in good health.

Annie Okonkwo, a former senator and industrialist, has died at the age of 63 after a long battle with a terminal illness. He reportedly died in the United States, where he had been receiving treatment. His death was confirmed by a family member, who spoke to Vanguard on condition of anonymity.
