Nollywood Mourns as Veteran Actor Don Brymo Uchegbu Dies at 56
The Nigerian movie industry, popularly known as Nollywood, has lost one of its finest actors, Don Brymo Uchegbu, who died on Wednesday night, June 14, 2023. He was 56 years old. According to reports, the actor died in his sleep after suffering a partial stroke and high blood pressure. He was on a movie set in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, when he slumped and was rushed to the hospital, where he gave up the ghost. Don Brymo Uchegbu was a versatile and prolific actor who had featured in hundreds of movies since he joined the industry in 2000. He was known for his roles as a royal father or a traditional leader in many epic and contemporary movies.
